We are perhaps the only company in the world that energises every single product before shipping. This is through a proprietary process called an Energy Havan. You can read more about the Energy Havan here.

Do I have to do anything before wearing the Atman Urja energised bracelet?

No, the bracelet is energised. Which means it is all charged up and ready-to-go. Slip it on your wrist and start feeling the change.

How do I know if the size will fit my wrist?

Our bracelets are designed to be free size and will fit all wrist sizes. We use three types of designs to ensure that:

  1. Lobster hooks that are adjustable.
  2. Elasticated band (imported from Korea) to expand and contract.
  3. Spiral loops that fits all sizes.

What size beads, crystals, and stones are used in your bracelets?

The bracelets use 2 sizes of beads:

  1. 8 mm beads for women
  2. 10 mm beads for men

How do I care for my bracelet?

  1. Remove the bracelet while bathing and swimming.
  2. Avoid direct contact of the bracelet with perfume, sprays & chemicals.
  3. Clean the bracelet with a dry cloth. Please do not use any chemical cleaners.
  4. If possible, remove the bracelet while sleeping.
Shipping & Handling

Where All Do You Ship Your Products?

We ship our products all over India to all courier serviceable pincode locations.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we ship within India but are actively exploring shipping to select locations in the near future.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. We provide free shipping on all orders including COD orders.

How do you ship your products?

We use third party logistics partners like Shiprocket and Shipway to deliver your orders.

How long does it take to dispatch your orders?

We ship our orders 48-72 hours post ordering. This is because before shipping every single bracelet is energised for 24 hours. We are perhaps the only company in the world to do that.

When can I expect delivery?

Orders are dispatched through various courier partners. The estimated time for delivery post-dispatch is 5-10 days depending on the location.

How can I track my order?

Our logistics partners send you a AWB No. and a tracking ID so that you can easily and conveniently track my order online.

Payments

What payment modes are available on your store?

We offer Cash on Delivery and Online payments. Our payment gateways are Cashfree and PhonePe and they offer you multiple payment options such as UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Mobile Wallets and Net Banking.

Are your online payments secure?

Yes we are using only reputed payment gateway partners such as Cashfree and PhonePe.

Do you charge extra for Cash on Delivery orders?

No.

Is there a discount on prepaid orders?

Yes. Prepaid orders currently have a discount of 10%. The discount is automatically applied upon checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

What is your cancellation policy?

Since our bracelets are energised before dispatch, we can only cancel or change your order prior to shipping.

What if I want to cancel the order after delivery?

We can cancel or replace the product only if:

  • You have received a product that is different from what you have ordered.
  • If you have received a product that is defective/damaged.

For defective/damaged products please provide us with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect.

In case of a damaged/defective piece will you replace the product or refund the money?

You can opt for a refund or to have the same product shipped to you without a charge. In case of a damaged/defective piece we do not normally do a reverse pick up.

How do you refund the money?

If you have paid online, we will refund the money to you to the original payment source.

In case of COD orders, we will make a transfer to your Bank Account. Please provide Bank Details - A/C holder's name, A/C Number, Type of Account - Savings/Current, and IFSC Code.

You can also opt for a store credit for the amount spent which can be utilised for a future purchase.
